I believe I tweaked the graphics settings a bit, but only after playing without issue for ~5 hours. No tweaking is necessary.

The game initially chose a very low quality and somewhat stretched resolution. This might have more to do with me having a 3:2 display than it does with it running on Linux, but I thought it was worth mentioning that you may need to change this setting.
