Use DX11 instead of Vulkan. No more artifacts showing after that (Couple of hours in). Everything runs great mostly getting around 80-90 FPS on Ultra.

Performance:Significant Performance Problems
Had to unmask mesa-9999 on Gentoo since without it Xess wouldn't work and performance with TSR is terrible. With Xess ultra performance the game is somewhat playable above 60 fps but doesn't look good.
