Plays pretty much like normal. In a skirmish set the speed down though cause max speed is WAY faster than it used to be

When going between game and menu can go in an out of full screen
There are small graphical issues in menus but haven't found any in actual gameplay

If you have used Launch Options from a previous version of the game, try with none. That got it working for me

Worked fine with several other Players on windows versions
Would probably work with default proton with a first time install. But from previous versions may have to tinker
