Native version is so broken I had to hard reset
Game allocates all screens, blocks all inputs, renders the intro with the primary screen resolution but centered across the virtual screen space only to get stuck loading the main menu afterwards without responding to any further inputs.
Just force the use of Steam Play / Proton and the use of wined3d to receive a perfectly fine game.

The native version gets stuck loading the main menu, proton with d3d freezes when showing the main menu. proton with wined3d just works and should be the default for this game :)
Works fine with Proton 6.3-8. I reported before that it didn't but rebooting fixed that problem.
The game window/top-bar gets pushed off-screen and cut off when focusing another window (e.g. on another screen or by alt-tabbing) so moving the game window back down just shows the desktop instead of the missing part of the game screen.
Don't play this game if you plan on interacting with any other software at the same time
Minor graphical issues with bloom and gauss filters, but a lot fewer/better than with wine d3d11. Game runs perfectly besides that. Performance is excellent.
Using older mesa (<19.0) and/or llvm (<8.0) causes GPU hangs with this game on my Polaris RX580 and every Proton version so far.
(padoka PPA stable has GPU hangs, padoka unstable doesn't)
