Previous comments lacked the path to the correct FFXIV_BOOT.cfg. Steam created a 'My Games' folder in my home directory with this file -- but it was not the correct one. I found the one to edit in {yoursteampath}/steamapps/compatdata/312060/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/My\ Documents/My\ Games/FINAL\ FANTASY\ XIV\ -\ A\ Realm\ Reborn/FFXIV_BOOT.cfg
Changed 'Version 2' to 'Version 1' and 'Browser 2' to 'Browser 1'.

Strategic Command WWII: War in Europe
You can basically play a game as long as you aren't min-maxing every move. Wouldn't recommend playthrough in high difficulties.
Graphics:Heavy Artifacts, Missing Textures
- No visible text on the map (POI names, supply values) even after manually installing all SegoeUI fonts
- Screen flickers when opening/closing menus
- Does not stay in fullscreen mode (could be a tiling WM problem, though -- i3)

Does not stay in fullscreen mode -- maybe problem with tiling WMs (using i3)
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Zooming is not smooth
Significant Bugs:
No visible text for POI and supply on the map
