Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Set launch options

Had to modify launch options to avoid instant crash before launcher even appeared.

Graphics:Heavy Artifacts
Flashing textures and completely missing lighting
Performance:Significant Performance Problems
Runs ~20fps
Horrible memory leak when "PROTON_USE_DINED3D" is not set. Freezes the whole system until the game gets killed by OOM killer. Hogs around 1GB per of ram per second
