Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-22, Set launch options
PROTON_FORCE_LARGE_ADDRESS_AWARE=1 PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command%

Game worked at first until I had a NVidia update then it failed to launch. Once I added launch option it started and ran smooth as butter.
