Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy
Ran flawlessly.
Played the whole game (50 hours) on Proton 5.0 and Proton 5.13 (had updated mid-playthrough) and using a gamepad, no issues encountered.

When paused, the game would spaz a little, but no impact on gameplay
Same as TunacanGamer, linux native version gave my intel integrated graphics a GPU hang starting in chapter 3. Forced proton version and worked perfectly

Zero Escape: Zero Time Dilemma
As stated, had to use Proton 4.11 (5.0 instant crashed for me, never tried 5.13), flawless otherwise.

Launcher wouldn't let me choose fullscreen resolution. Used a community post to find out how to add resolution to the config.json (located at <Steam-folder>/steamapps/compatdata/311240/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/My Documents/My Games/Zero Escape/config.json
), primarily changing the fullscreen section to
"fullscreen": {
"resolution": {
"height": 720,
"width": 1280
},
"vsync": true
},
