I'm new to soulsborne games, so I haven't really figured out how exactly multiplayer "works" in this game. I haven't co-op'd with anyone yet, and I haven't invaded or been invaded. But I can see other players' ghosts and the messages they leave, so I rated multiplayer as working fine.
One very minor issue I've had a few times was that the game gets stuck on a black screen on startup, and I have to kill and re-start it. But it only happened a few times and hasn't happened again recently. May have been fixed by an update.
The game is usually stapled to 60 FPS, but drops a few frames during cutscenes sometimes
No-fuss Proton experience. Haven't played very long yet but the game has been very smooth and very stable.
Besides minor issues, it works great. I've completed the singleplayer story, but have not tried online.
Textures seem to load a bit slower, leading to weird blurring on the ground while driving. It's not too bad, though, and other cars for example look fine.
Sometimes when switching from controller to keyboard input, the game freezes for a few seconds. This is annoying but not critical, as the game freezes completely, meaning that enemies, for example, are also frozen. So generally you don't die or fail missions because of these freezes.
Ran it with a custom Proton build for a long time, now works just fine with official Proton 5.13-6.

Uplay overlay cannot be closed, breaking the game until it is restarted
When you first launch the game, open the Uplay overlay once (shift+F2, I think), and then disable all Uplay notifications in the settings. You will now need to kill the game (or manage to quit it via the menu that you now cannot see), because opening the Uplay interface breaks it. You can use killall -9 SouthPark_TFBW.exe
. Now, start the game again and it should work great. Just never open the Uplay overlay (why would you??).
When closing the game, it will not stop completely by itself. Either hit "STOP" in Steam, or right-click on the Uplay tray icon (depends on desktop environment), and select "Quit".
I enabled the ACO compiler by setting RADV_PERFTEST=aco %command%
as the launch options for the game
