due to performance degradation over time as explained before
Performance:Significant Performance Problems
It starts with 60fps and then over time it reduces over to 50fps, 40fps, 30fps, ... Just a simple restart makes it return back to 60fps, going back to the same level. see https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/7342
