Modding also technically works, however, I was not able to get r2modman to work with the flatpak version of steam, so I had to manually move the mod files from r2modmans directory to the game directory.

The game worked well, until it didn't. No updates to anything, just suddently could not pass the EA app launch screen anymore.
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Set launch options
PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 %command%
I thought I had dodged getting screwed by EA, but they just waited till I was 18 hours deep to pull the trigger.
