With integrated graphic card menu works, but the game is unplayable. Switching to the Nvidia card, the menu (red launcher) does not work, but adding --launcher-skip to the Launch Options will skip the red launcher and make the game run fine (50-60fps).

To calm in-game rewards, I switch to integrated graphics, with no Launch Options added, to get the red launcher to work.

For playing, I used my main GPU and added --launcher-skip to Launch Options.
