Tried on Arch, latest Mesa and Proton versions. Black screen, then the game would quit. No error messages, just closed after a few seconds.
As there was no info online, I'll try to manually install the required redistributables, etc after seeing what it includes when I install the game on Windows and find out what they are.
For now, here's the Proton log. https://pastebin.com/zA1hLCXP
Game makes it to the launcher, I can change the resolution, fullscreen/windowed, controls.
Once I click start, the launcher closes, and then nothing. A second or two after clicking start, my status goes from ingame to online.
Works perfectly, no graphical glitches, no audio problems, performance is a little worse than the Windows version, also the FAR mod isn't compatible with Linux, so you can't disable global illumination to get a huge performance boost. Not recommended on lower end systems, unless you play at a lower resolution and are fine with 30 fps.
I'm playing it at 1440p with my RX 580 and I get over 30fps at all times, but can't hold a steady 60fps when there's a lot of effects loading in.
Game launches but is stuck at the "Connecting to service" prompt. Completely unplayable since you can't do anything without that prompt closing.
Launches fine. Played the tutorial and a couple of singleplayer maps. The game exits without any problems. Alt tabbing doesn't freeze the game either.
Performance is subpar though, I noticed it get under 60 a lot of times, and there are some minor stutters.
Otherwise it's playable. Needs extensive testing though, since it could crash when doing a specific thing, but so far I had no problems in 30 minutes of playtime.
Seemingly fine. Game launches, gets into the menu. I changed the resolution to 1440p, high settings, and enabled vsync.
I can get in game and play just fine. No graphical glitches, crashes or freezes.
Performance is subpar though. There's small microstutters, and while I didn't have an FPS meter, the FPS went under 60 depending on what I was looking at.
Otherwise, it's playable, I found zero issues with the graphics or audio. No tweaks required whatsoever.
