For multiplayer add "game_client.debug.override_processor_architecture": "AMD64", to SteamLibrary/steamapps/compatdata/1575940/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/AppData/Local/sins2/settings/settings.json Otherwise the CPU architecture will be wrong. Singleplayer works without this tweak.
