Games can not be loaded. The game is saved at: ~/.steam/steamapps/common/Banished/(null)Save/ instead: ~/.steam/steamapps/compatdata/242920/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/My\ Documents/Banished/Save/
Solution: change the version of protons to 3.7-8. (you can copy the save files)
