Runs great vega 56 aco compiler
Ultra anti aliasing has stutters but looks no different from high. High gets rid of stutter everything else ultra. been playing with ps4 control works great.
Video playback is purple with the video in the background vissible under the artifacts
gamescope -w 2560 -h 1440 -W 1920 -H 1080 -f -e -- %command%

Runs well dx12 shader compile stutters heavy on some loading (repeats after mesa upgrades)
gamescope -w 2560 -h 1440 -W 1920 -H 1080 -f -e -- %command%
Have not played on windows but it seems around what I read about from playing this game in windows. Playing with dualsense controler and the gamescope flags are just because I use game scope to run at resolution higher than my monitors native.
runs well some shader compile stutters had 1 crash
select disable anti cheat when it asks on launch. The stutters I occasional experienced seem similar to rpcs3 with vulkan when its compilling shaders first time in real time. It smooths up pretty quick.
gamescope -w 2560 -h 1440 -W 1920 -H 1080 -e -f %command%
It might be more frequencent if I play further on main quest (3 hours play and did some side quest), first fast travel chrashed loading and trying again worked. Then When scene went to load new location a bit after it chrashed. Loading game again and trying again worked.
Create a file as root in etc/sysctl.d called 99-max_map_count.conf and in the file place the following line: vm.max_map_count=1048576 after that save and exit and reboot system. Chrashes on loading new areas and fast travel will be eliminated. For a short explantion on what the setting does https://sysctl-explorer.net/vm/max_map_count/ keep in mind the value needs to be above 1 million for this to work and setting above matches the steam deck. I found this solution on the GitHub issues page.
(Typo on first) Racing games without a controller suck
fixed with pulse latency option in launcher
Had to use proton tricks to get it to launch
Seems to be a gnome shell Issue had to use extension to hid top panel of gnome to get fullscreen on whole monitor
Some Hitches not game breaking when loading in assets this happens in windows as well.

(P.S Graphics settings save after your first game save just start game and save at chalk board in home. After that all settings changes seem to apply fine between boots)
directshow and xvid to get videos working
