Framerate was 10fps when the game was using proton 7.0. It was the same when I used the older versions too. Uninstalled and tried reinstalling and now I can't boot the game due to an error involving an unreal engine 4 runtime. For now the game is borked and I would wait until proton gets an update.

Tales from the Borderlands
The game has microstutter every 5 seconds or so. Very distracting, however if that sounds like something you can tolerate, then go for it
