I played part of this on pc and continued the save game seemlessly on the steam deck. It played just fine (and is definitely better with a controller than m&b imo).
This was a great experience on the deck. It worked out of the box and needed no changes to be made from my end. Everything worked perfectly!
You need to use the touchscreen everytime you launch the game to set the resolution, but once it boots into the main menu the controllers work.
It crashed on me a few times (maybe about 4 times over a 20+ hour period). Save the game often.
Works perfectly on the steam deck aside from the occasional crashes and having to confirm the resolution everytime when launching the game. IMO, these were fairly minor annoyances. The game gives a pretty decent battery life too (at least around 4-5 hours at 40fps).
Sort of? I assumed it would auto save but after the freeze/crash I always had to restart from the beginning. Maybe the game auto saves very infrequently.
Freezes after you play a bit and you need to force quit. If you use the default proton version, it crashes after the opening area itself.
Pretty much unplayable in it's current state until someone comes up with a working solution for the freezes.
Seems to work well on steam deck. This isn't my kind of game so I uninstalled it after testing it for an hour or so.
