While I could get it to run once, by removing folders in my documents in the prefix, I can't replicate that today. No matter when I try or do, resetting stuff, reinstalling, different commandlines, i always get the "Game is already running" error.

That is not true, and even if it was... why can't i run it twice?

So far this is just broken until sometimes - rarely - it isn't.
