Changed the user_.ini with the addition of user.igoenabled=0 to disable the EA overlay
I was able to make the game work easily with no Linux tinkering to make it work, only disabling the EA overlay to not create conflict with the Steam one. Game runs smoothly, there was one minor slowdown at the first crash but after that, 60fps locked.

Options here are optional, they just are quality of life addons. The game runs perfectly fine, all in its Ultra-Nightmare Ray-Tracing glory, 60fps locked. Excellent game compatibility !

Game runs even better on Linux than Windows 10 on the same machine (got a better score at the performance test for online play). Even though I have the habit of switching to Proton Hotfix, it could probably work on more regular versions. Excellent game compatibility !

All you have to do is to switch Proton to Experimental to make the game work, and check graphics settings (mine were not kept). After that, it runs perfectly fine with High Resolution Texture Pack. 60 FPS locked. Good game compatibility !

You HAVE to use Proton Hotfix to run the game, and have your NVIDIA drivers up to the latest, not the Debian package one. I hoped on the beta 555 drivers, but I tried with the current latest 550 which works fine too. Once NVIDIA drivers are up-to-date and Proton switched to Hotfix, the game runs fine, supports modding, and online play works with correct region. Good game compatibility !
I always try Proton Hotfix by default but this game can probably run with standard versions. The game runs like it's a native game. No glitches, no framerate issue. Plain perfect !
