This game seems to work very well so far. I haven't noticed any of the audio problems mentioned so far.
Changed L4 to enter key to get through the initial control setup (hitting enter on the keyboard overlay doesn't work for some reason).
Other than assigning a button to the enter key to get through the initial setup, I haven't had any problems running this game on Steam Deck. I've noticed no audio problems that are mentioned in the Steam Deck Compatibility details on the store page. Nor have I noticed any non-Steam Deck controller icons... although they may differ if you choose to alter your controller settings from the norm in the initial setup. I haven’t played multiplayer yet, but so far this seems to be running very smooth.
If Mercenary Kings, Monster Hunter, Castlevania, and Mega Man Zero all got together and had a baby... you would get Dragon Marked for Death.
Had to assign a button to the Enter key in order to get through the controller settings on first launch (I used R4). The keyboard overlay does not work for this. Once controller options are set, the Enter key assignment is no longer needed.

This game is fantastic on the Steam Deck. IMO, this game feels perfect for this device. I'm basically repeating what I said in my previous report, but this I've had the opportunity to play multiplayer. So far, I've built a charater up to the 30's only in multiplayer games with a friend. It's been a blast! No problems, no lag, no slowdown, etc. I've played both as a host and guest in a game. No problems. Silky smooth!
Launch window is too big to fix in the display. However, you can click and drag the window around.
When in desktop mode, I could not use Steam+X to bring up the virtual keyboard. I don't know why. It works with other apps. I could use Steam+X to bring up the keyboard in Steam mode, however.
This does not run well for me on the Steam Deck. I was surprised given the previous report marking it as gold. I tried launching in desktop mode. The game itself will run, but the Goldbox Companion doesn't ever appear regarldess if the box is checked. Also, the keyboard does not appear in game when I hit Steam+X. That said, I can launch the game in Steam mode and I can use the keyboard with Steam+X... but there's still no Goldbox Companion.
I claimed that the game launches and is playable... because it's true. But the Goldbox Companion is a big selling point of this collection. Without it, it's hard to recommend it.
