7/10 It does crash a bit but other than that its a fun game with little to no road blocks for causal linux users.
You may or may not have to stop the defualt launcher via steam launch options sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt im not sure why.
Disconnecting and reconnecting an audio device will force you to restart the game if you want to use it.
It crashes when you leave fullscreen sometimes.
Wierd connection issues sometimes but other than that it worked great!
The game works great with Mesa drivers I would not recommend using defualt AMD drivers as they tend to crash the game. But a definate 10/10!
If you disconnect an audio device then plug it back in the device can not be switched to until you restart the game.
The game runs well enough but it will lag out seemingly randomly
It runs great on all proton versions 7+ though depending on drivers and the OS your using you may experiance some difficulty connecting the ubisoft launcher to the internet.
Probably ok if you figure out how to configure the game properly a bit of a learning curve though.
The CSS in the chromium verson is broken so I had to install a LUA game menu. Heres the link: https://github.com/robotboy655/gmod-lua-menu . Unfortunatly when the game updates you will have to reinstall this GUI. The regular spawn menu works without this GUI but you will have to use the terminal in order to connect to servers without it.
The audio settings are almost impossible to change without messing up the game. If you want to change them I suggest restarting the game afterwards.
The linux version of the Chromium beta is way less stable then the windows version Im not sure why.
Server browser is but borked so you will have to use the terminal to connect anywhere.
