For me works out of the box, i played with the launch options others mentioned here, didn't try without those ones though.

Pre Patch version was working, and was playable.No mods are installed.
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Set launch options

After 1.0.2 Patch the games doesn't start, stuck at a black screen, probably freezes because the mangohud stats are not updating, and after a couple of minutes i get a window stating that the app is unresponsive and if i want to force close it (Linux Mint 21.3) Same issue on windows, so probably not Linux related.Drivers are up to date.On Windows i get the error riport window with "Stalker2_Win64_Shipping" error.

No issue, but used a launch options just to be sure.
Played about 12 hours so far with addons, i had no problem with the game at all.
