You could play this in its entirety.
Works out of the box. By default, it is set to Windowed Full-screen which gives a small black bar across the top, but adjusting it to Full Screen via the in-game menu sorted that. Doesn't affect gameplay what-so-ever.

No issues. Others reported that using PTT would crash. I chatted with others in game and there were no crashes and no audio issues in both directions.
