Cursor flickers in main menu. Singleplayer works perfect, albeit a few crashes during a several-hour campaign. Haven't tested multiplayer but PunkBuster looks like it's working fine in the background.
Launching the game often leads to an unresponsive black screen, requiring restartin 3-5 times until it launches. Using Proton Experimental seems to be more reliable.
The Steam Overlay doesn't work, so e.g. the FPS counter doesn't show. It seems using DXVK_HUD=fps doesn't work either. These seem to be caused by the initial launcher of the game.
Installed dotnet40 and vcrun2015 with winetricks as per https://github.com/redmcg/wine/wiki. Settings cranked to their highest (terrain work kept at its lowest) I get 100+ FPS. Sometimes the game freezes for a second or two, keeping a CPU core pinned. The game always reports the network being port-restricted, however with UPnP/port-forwarding done properly it works fine.

Most of the maps would not load unless the memory setting was set to low. Some smaller maps would load on medium or even on high, but the rest only load on low.
When using fullscreen, alt-tabbing and returning to the game would freeze it for about a minute, afterwards it returns to normal. Using borderless fullscreen fixes the issue.
Older savegames I had would sometimes freeze the game while loading. New savegames worked fine.
Would occasionally stutter as the assets load and as you move through a map, but nothing terrible. It would end in a couple of minutes after a level transition.
Some scenes have FPS drops, maybe made more significant by Proton. Otherwise runs without issues.
Performance isn't great, even on low settings. Not sure if caused by game or Proton. Doesn't cause gameplay issues however.
The mouse issue previous reports mention is still there but very minimal. Otherwise runs perfectly.
Terrain generation is slightly buggy, causing "corrupted" ridges and ravines. Alt-tabbing seems to cause further terrain issues. Tends to crash every 2-3 hours, save often as the game doesn't have autosaves
Installed 'lib32-mpg123' as per the other reports and the game works perfectly. I've managed to install mods with mixed results.
Only encountered a couple minor graphical and audio glitches. Otherwise works perfectly.
Doesn't work at all out of the box, the workaround previously mentioned doesn't work either.
