Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental, Changed configuration
With the default install the game just freeze in a black screen.
To fix this you need to manually install the UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe (vcrun2019 x64) inside your $STEAMPATH/FANGS/Engine/Extras/Redist/en-us

the UE4PrereqSetup_x64.exe inside of $GamePath/Engine/Extras/Redist/en-us must be install in order to run the game properly, otherwise you'll be facing a black screen.

I was experiencing a lot of freezing/stuttering with newer versions of Proton. Version 7.0-6 fixed everything.
