Everything is great except the vulcan shading which lasts very long.

The game worked perfectly from start to finish.
Note: Turn off hardware accelerated physics from the settings screen before starting the game. Otherwise, there can be huge fps drops in the game.

It freezes when closing the game.

When the game is first opened, there are some stutters on the video screen, but when the game starts, I played normally without stuttering.
I deleted the easyanticheat_x64.so file in the steamapps/common/Halo The Master Chief Collection/easyanticheat/ directory.

First of all, I played all three games on linux from start to finish. I did not experience any problems or performance issues while playing the game. But when I run the game 2-3 times, the game did not start because the EA App could not open correctly. In this case, I backed up the save game files and deleted the "1328670" folder under the /home/"your_username"/.steam/debian-installation/steamapps/compatdata/ directory and restarted the game, so the game reinstalled these files and worked again without any problems (This is folder Proton's fake windows folder for Mass Effect Legendary Edition). When I started the game from Launcher 3-4 times, the game completely froze. In this case, I restarted the computer and ran the game normally and it worked without any problems.

I first installed the game with Proton 8.0-2, but the EA App didn't work, so the game didn't launch too. Then, I deleted the compatdata/1237970/ directory and tried again with NorthstarProton-8.1-1 as described in the link below. This way, the game worked perfectly, including the multiplayer too.
This game perfectly run fine.
Works perfectly fine with next gen graphics out of the box.
PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%
There was a slight crackling, but it almost completely disappeared when I turned the volume down.
When the game first ran, the FPS was quite low and the game was not playable. After closing the game and typing "PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command%" in the launch setting and running the game again, the fps problem was fixed and the game worked very well. After that, I played the game to the end and had no problems.
