I installed ProtonGE 9.25 and deactivated DLSS. I also lowered the graphics a tiny bit. After this, the crashes were pretty rare and I could play like 2 hrs without a problem.

Tinker Steps:Changed configuration
I installed a german language Patch (FEAR Platinum-DE Patch.exe) and a hud scaling mod for 4k res (https://t.ly/ViDq). Also I couldnt change the resolution ingame which I could fix thanks to the user "Apeguy". You need to modify the "settings.cfg" in /home/MYNAME/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/21090/pfx/drive_c/users/Public/Documents/Monolith Productions/FEAR.
