Tinker Steps:protontricks
Base game works perfectly fine.
For mods to work, used protontricks for winecfg and swapped from Windows 10 -> Windows 7, libraries winhttp and version. Once I did that mods work: https://www.reddit.com/r/MonsterTrain/comments/10wvb93/mods_not_working_on_steam_deck/
