When entering multiplayer section of the main menu, I can't see some parts of the UI
When entering multiplayer section of the main menu, I can't see some parts of the UI, for example, I can't see chat window, can't post messages to the chat. But I can see the list of matches, I can join a match lobby, but I can't see most of the UI in the particular match lobby: can't see match settings, can't see players list, can't see chat, can't see "ready" button, in other words: the UI is broken for multiplayer part of the game. Same issues with Call to Arms. I tried another Linux distro - Manjaro, with different DE: mate, xfce, plasma; tried different kernel versions, different versions of nvidia drivers, I tried many Proton versions, incl. the Proton-GE - same issues. I see that other players can play both of these games, why can't I? I looked the log files and couldn't find any clues. I would really appreciate any suggestions.
It actually runs well on ultra settings and even with Ray tracing ON with my RTX 2070 card.
I used Proton-6.12-GE-1 for running this game. Proton-GE is needed if you want to be able to see video cut scenes. In order to make Ray tracing available, make sure to select DX12 in Graphics Setting after first time starting the game, after you selected DX12, restart the game and Ray tracing will be enabled in the Graphics Settings. You don't need to use "VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr %command%" launch option - the game won't start if you use it. Just set DX12 in Graphics Settings and restart the game.

Sorry, I made a mistake in my 1st report. You actually NEED to use "VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr %command%" launch option in order to enable Ray Tracing in the game. If you don't use it, there will be NO Ray tracing, despite that Graphics settings will show it as enabled. For me the game starts with "VKD3D_CONFIG=dxr %command%" launch option only when I use Proton-6.13-GE-1. And be sure to set DX12 in Graphics settings before running the game with "dxr" launch option. Proton-GE is also needed if you want to be able to see video cut scenes.
