Changed settings choosing win10 as the environment

Others have reported that they were able to launch the game and play just fine after recent proton updates. For me, the launcher would open, but the game would immediately close after hitting Launch game. It wasn't until after I switched to Proton Experimental and used protontricks to set the environment to Windows 10 that everything started to work like the previous games.
