Windows version running on Proton has virtually no visual glitches compared to the Native Linux version.
Must use -oldgameui in order to view the initial menu.
The Windows version running on Proton plays much better then Native.
On native there are a lot of issues with missing textures, especially while in Xen.
Add " PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command% " to launch options.
The slowness probably caused the audio to fall out of sync.
I'm hovering around 30 FPS but it seems like it's moving at half speed, like a video playing back at half speed.
Cannot fully exit the game, exiting Steam and trying to launch the game again, nothing happens, the game is shown "running" on the Steam UI, except it's not.
Unless a player is ok with playing solo, but the game is designed to be better played with friends / co-op.
I have tried to apply some tweaks as some other users have reported.
i.e. Audio won't work unless you run protontricks 962130 -q dotnet472 && protontricks 962130 win7
unable to join multiplayer game when using Proton 6.3-4, or Proton-6.8-GE-2
unable to load game at all when using proton 4.11-13.
I was able to login to my Microsoft account, but not able to host/join a multiplayer game.
Seems to run just fine, too bad my poor hardware couldn't actually play the game.
Is able to start running after adding PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command% to the launch options in the game properties.

The audio can actually be lowered now compared to when on Windows. The audio is working as expected compared to when on Windows.

I have only played the demo version though, but I was able to finish the demo perfectly, without any issues.

I've tried renaming the "Redist" folder in the game folder but still not working.

the subtitles seem smaller? I'm not sure.
some minor dips in FPS.
Rename the "Redist" folder to something else as a workaround to ignore UE4 installer.
