Ran perfectly.
The only issue isn't a Linux one - no manual save. So one night I quit to go to bed; when I reloaded it I had to replay a long section.
Native: crashed on loading the main menu 50% of the time; total PC lock, had to hard reset
Switching to the Windows version and Proton to see if that helps. Means downloading again.
Stuttering after playing for a while
It would also crash if left paused for too long.
There are key items you have to use in-game to advance. Keypads, computers etc. Sometimes they would not activate, and instead the game would show files and fodlers from my harddrive! That makes progression impossible on that level. I switched to Windows and they all worked fine.
The Linux version just gave an error (about being unable to open an object?)
I uninstalled, changed compatibility properties to the latest Proton, and installed the Windows version. That opened fine.
TESTED DEMO ONLY - took five attempts
Just on cutscenes, minor stutter.
I tried running the demo, nothing happened. Tried a few times. On the fifth it loaded and ran fine. Strange!
DEMO - but that worked perfectly
If I alt-tab, then I have to quit and reload.
