Among Us
Launch Flags:Disable Esync, Use Wine D3D
Unable to launch the game until PROTON_NO_ESYNC and PROTON_USE_WINED3D was enabled (as described in this article: https://www.addictivetips.com/ubuntu-linux-tips/play-among-us-linux/)
Now runs flawlessly. Had some initial multiplayer connectivity issues on my other arch build, but I believe that to be server side as hopping between asia/europe/north-america solved this issue.
Customizations:Something Else
See explanation above.
Not sure if that qualifies for having to tinker to make it work, but it didn't work "out of the box" for me at least.

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice - GOTY Edition
Smooth experience. Took some tinkering to get my gamepad working, and upping my fullscreen resolution to 1440.
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-26
Windowing:Other
Changing fullscreen resolution from 1920x1080 to 2560x1440 crashed the game if done in the main menu. Somehow worked in-game.
Input:Responsiveness
Using a dualshock 5 (ps5 controller):
- I had to disable steam input
- Disconnect my Logitech G923's USB cable
