I use the native launcher through lutris. It does open as a black screen, but the text boxes, and button work normally. You just have to guess at where they are or look up pictures. Luckily, I have played this game enough to know where everything is.

Contents of the conf: dxgi.syncInterval = 0 dxgi.maxFrameLatency = 1

With the most recent patch 8/7/2025 DXVK must be enabled or you will get a failed to createdevice error after launching the game from the launcher.
