Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
Proton 9.0.3 has some issues, specifically ocasional black screen after a match, and videos of heroes abilities would not play.
Switch to experimental fixed those.
Remaining minor bug is the focus of the window, in which sometimes, when starting the game you need to alt+tab between applications to properly focus on the game.
