In summary, the commands is:
sudo apt install libtcmalloc-minimal4
cd $HOME/.steam/debian-installation/steamapps/common/Counter-Strike Global Offensive/bin/linux64
mv libtcmalloc_minimal.so.0 libtcmalloc_minimal.so.0.bak
mv libtcmalloc_minimal.so.4 libtcmalloc_minimal.so.4.bak
ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtcmalloc_minimal.so.4 libtcmalloc_minimal.so.0
ln -s /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libtcmalloc_minimal.so.4 libtcmalloc_minimal.so.4

Only works on the proton 5.0
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
I tried install on Proton 6.3-2 and 5.13-6 but don't worked. In Proton 5.0-10 and following the steps of another review (install protontricks 222480 -q wmp11), the game worked.
