FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster
It works out of the box on old nvidia drivers with old versions of proton (7 os less). Finished the game (FFX, I did not play FFX2).
Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 6.3-8

Lulu's overdrive doesn't work, can't "rotate" the left stick and the arrow keys don't do anything to fill the bar either. Other than that every control works as expected on both inputs.
Play it, awesome story, among the top 5 games in the series for sure.

When I started the game it gave a wine error message saying something about DirectX 11, but once I enabled the Wine D3D flag it worked flawlessly at 60 fps, better than on Windows.

Works flawlessly even on old hardware, 60 FPS at 1080p. I had to switch to 6.3.8 due to old nvidia drivers but you prolly don't need to.
