- best practice is to disable vsync, depth of field and motion blur for significant FPS boost

using Wayland und KWin/KDE, I dont have any problems with UI elements or window switching
for me "-sdlaudiodriver pipewire" is no longer required since some days, using it makes the sound extremely laggy
