Works perfectly after installing dotnet40 and vcrun2015.
To install these I ran:
STEAMAPPS=~/.steam/steam/steamapps ;
export WINEPREFIX=$STEAMAPPS/compatdata/865250/pfx ;
rm -rf $WINEPREFIX ;
winetricks -q dotnet40 vcrun2015 win7 ;
Then all is was good
