Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: Proton 9.0-4

On Proton Experimental, when playing in borderless windowed mode, the KDE taskbar did not hide anymore (switching to 9.0-4 fixed that)
No real issues, apart from Proton experimental suddenly causing issues with the taskbar
