dx12 , everything on low, both the internal scaler and the deck's fsr turned on with max sharpening, no dynamic scaling will achieve a fairly consistent 40ish fps on my oled. there will be areas where you wanna turn dynamic scalling on, and it will make things smoother, but overall i found the visual degradation to be not worth the performance.
