When you have a single monitor you will no problems to play under steam. When you play with multiple monitors see the workaround.
Windowing:Other
"FullscreenWindow" worked ootb, but on the wrong monitor. Couldn't change the monitor in the settings. Workaround: Set to "window" (beware: Ingame-Mouse doesn't worked after this, used keyboard to navigate), drag the window to the monitor and chose "FullscreenWindow" again.
