The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
You'll have to tweak some things, so you can get most of the bugs down like the physics, and sound issues.
Audio:Crackling
I've only noticed this when you approach near a lake or a river.
Graphics:Minor Artifacts, Missing Textures
If you go near water, it starts to "blink", as in it shows the texture then it's gone every once in a while.
Windowing:Switching
Don't go fullscreen on this. If you tend to ALT+TAB a lot you will crash. This is comparable to Windows.
Instability:Occasionally
Significant Bugs:
Because of the physics, you'll have to edit the Skyrim.ini file to help alleviate some of the weird phsyics bug where objects go flying

The game works so as long as you rename the files as suggested below. So, renaming TS3W.exe to Sims3Launcher.exe worked.
