No rumble on native version (proton rumble works), remember to use steaminput

At first cloud saves dont work when running via proton but it was resolved due to one or multiple of these reason(s) (I tried them all at once, don't know which one fixed it)
- Restarted computer
- Reinstalled with proton selected
- Reinstalled on other drive
- Opened the game on windows (different game files)
- Created save game in slot 2 (other save is save 1)
- Proton 9.0-4 instead of Proton hotfix (believe I tested this separately before but I'll list it for completions sake)
Tinker report since I had save problems and controller problems but I was able to solve all of my problems (somehow)

Game window needs to be focused when joining matches or it crashes
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Slight performance degradation (windows ~140fps, linux ~125fps)
Significant Bugs:
- About a once in four change that the game starts in a very low performance "mode"
- Processing Vulkan shaders takes forever (just skip it)
