Performance wise the game runs amazing. A benchmark of the game at both official(high graphics @ 1920x1080) and unofficial(ultra high graphics @ 2560x1080) led to amazing performance. The official clocked in FPS well above the 100 threshold, and the unofficial clocked in at a smooth and consistent 60 FPS(keep in mind this was with all settings turned on including VSYNC which limited the maximum frames).
You cannot save the benchmark data via the in-game save feature and must instead save it via prntscn after it is completed.
Escaping Fullscreen (including Borderless) led to a black screen followed by a complete freeze of the game. Re-Launching was necessary.
Extremely Low Framerate (Specified Min. Spec: 1070 Ti), expected to be able to load the game with no significant lag outside of the VAB / during launches.
Basic game functionality is solid, single player works perfectly with some minor tweaks. The launcher launched both Ubisoft Player and a "toolbar" application holding the Ubisoft Player Icon, in-game this led to a weird graphical/mouse pointer issue that resulted in the mouse chopping across the screen(not an fps issue). After closing/minimizing the other windows(without closing the game), the mouse issue was fixed and single player worked 100%. Online, as others have stated, is thoroughly unplayable.
