PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 fixed my slow fps issue (Kde Plasma, Kwin wayland)
Without the fix I had about 30/50 fps on a rx 9070 xt. Can't measure properly with PROTON_ENABLE_WAYLAND=1 as it breaks mangohud and steam overlay but it's definitely in sync with my 144hz monitor.

Game run just fine after selecting Proton 8.0-5. Playing on recent Proton turns some particles (force push, footsteps, etc) completely black

Game requires GE-Proton, probably maybe the intro movies use some esotheric codecs ? Otherwise the game will crash to desktop upon launch.
