Have had problems with heavy frame rate drops after about 30 minutes in the game after the 7.39 patch. Audio stutter problems.
Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
Audio:Borked
Sometimes audio would be completely broken when launching, which sometimes would be fixed by rebooting. Was fixed by switching to Proton Experimental.

Problem with keyboard input not being detected if you tab out of the game. Fixed by going to and older proton version.

Sometimes when in gwent the game would freeze, seemingly randomly. Was fixed after using the launch options.
