Requires changing value in a game file because with Vulkan it doesn't work.

With Vulkan, the game is not working, so you need to change it to DirectX12 or even DirectX11. Locate the file production_Config.ini (mine was at ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/238960/pfx/drive_c/users/steamuser/Documents/My Games/Path of Exile) and change the value of renderer_type to DirectX12 or DirectX11.
