For a weak card like mine (gtx1650), I was able to play smoothly on 900p and fsr quality.

FPS dropped a lot when I opened craft or inventory. I don't know why tho.

Low fps fix for 10xx series nvidia cards.
Under ../steamapps/common/Cyberpunk 2077/engine/config/platform/pc/ folder. Create a file called "configAsync.ini". Copy paste the following text:
